For our Pro community members, use the chat widget in the bottom right of the Indy app. We are available for live chat during regular business hours — Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm PST, excluding US holidays. If you send us a message outside of regular business hours, we'll respond promptly when our team is back online.
For our free community members, use the 'Contact support' option found in the dropdown of your profile avatar to send us an email. We'll respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours during regular business hours — Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm PST, excluding US holidays.
The contact option uses a mail-to link to redirect you to your computer's default email client to send an email. If the link doesn't open for you, take a quick look at the system or browser settings to ensure your default email client is selected.
