Available as a Pro feature, you can embed your form on your Create site. To add your form, you'll first need to create an 'HTML Fragment' content block for your page. Then paste in your Indy form embed code.

Next, navigate to the page you want to add your form and edit the page content.

Then, add a new block to the page.

Select the custom block option and add the element that works best for your page design.

Next, you'll add an element to the block and select the HTML Fragment you first created.

The form won't visually show in the editor but will be visible when in preview.

Finally, publish your page to see the form live on your site.
