Indy offers the most trusted online and offline payment solutions for your invoices. Any fees collected from the invoice go directly to the payment processor, not Indy.

Online payment processors

Stripe and PayPal are integrated into the product. When these options are enabled, your clients will be able to pay the invoice directly in Indy. Invoices paid using these options are tracked and will automatically update for your convenience.

You can learn more about the fees associated with using Stripe here, and PayPal here.

Offline payment processors

Zelle, wire transfers, and mailed checks are not integrated into the product. When these options are enabled, your clients will be provided with your payment information and they will need to process the payment outside of Indy using their own bank. Invoices paid using these options cannot be tracked and will need to be updated when payment has been received.

There are normally no fees to accept payments via Zelle or mailed checks, but there may be fees to use wire transfers. We recommend checking in with your banking institution for more information.
