If your payment options aren't showing on your invoice, it's possible that they were not enabled for the invoice. To check, open the invoice and check the 'Currency and available payment methods' block.
If you or your client are having trouble finding the payment options on an invoice, it is possible that they may not have been enabled. You can easily check by opening the invoice and see what's listed in the 'Currency and available payment methods' block.
'Currency and available payment methods' block is empty
If there is nothing listed, the payment options are not enabled. Not to worry! Simply edit the invoice and enable the options. You can learn more about how to connect your payment options to an invoice here.
Once the payment options have been enabled, click the 'Save & update' button to save your edits. You won't need to do anything else on your end — the update will automatically be reflected in your client's invoice.
However, if you'd like to resend the invoice to your client via email, click the 3-dot menu in the top right corner and then select 'Resend'.
