With the Google Mail integration 💎, seamlessly connect your Google email account and ensure all documents sent through Indy reflect your brand. This integration also harnesses the credibility of your Google email domain, enhancing deliverability and leveraging your brand's reputation.

Connecting Indy and Google Mail

Access your brand options by clicking your avatar in the top right corner and then selecting 'Account settings'.

Once you are on the account settings overview page, click the 'Branding & style' tab on the left to get started.

With white labeling enabled, click the 'Link your Google workspace' button.

You'll be redirected to a Google authentication page where you'll select which Google email account you'd like to sync. Then give Indy the green light to access your account, so we can handle sending emails on your behalf with ease.

That's it! After you’ve completed the integration, you’ll be taken back to your account settings. From now on, every email you send through Indy will show your Gmail address, and you can easily access the emails at any time in Gmail's 'Sent Mail' folder.

You can also link your Google email account from any of the send pages on your invoices, contracts, and proposals.
