If nothing happens after clicking the 'Link your Google workspace' button, check your browser settings and make sure pop-ups are enabled for Indy.
Pop-ups are key here as you'll be redirected to the Google authentication page on a new tab. Having pop-ups enabled ensures a smooth connection with your Google account.
Make sure you grant Indy access
If the Google mail sync wasn't successful after closing the Google authentication page, you might not have granted Indy the necessary permissions to send emails on your behalf.
When prompted, simply check the box next to the necessary permissions to give Indy access.
Connect with a Google mail account
If the sync seems successful but you encounter errors when sending documents, it's possible you haven't connected a Google mail service-enabled account.
